     Thomas Joseph Plue was born on 12 October 1958 at Brighton Twp., Codrington, Northumberland Co., Ontario; Date Oct 12 1958 per Obit. Date Oct 12 1958 & location Codrington per "Decendants of Francis Plew", sent to me by John Plue, Jan 5 2010.¹ He died on 9 December 2025 at Roseneath, Northumberland Co., Ontario, at age 67; "PLUE, Thomas Joseph - Passed away suddenly at his home in Roseneath, Ontario, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the age of 67. Tom was the son of Ron Plue and the late Mildred Plue (née Covert). He was a loving father to Duncan (Amanda), Kyle (Shannon), and Tristan (Sarah), and a proud grandfather to Anjelica, Xavier, Ireland, Liam, and Henry. He is survived by his siblings Terry Plue, Kevin Plue, Laurie Monaco, Rhonda Chomrak, and Karen MacMillan, and will be deeply missed by his extended family and all who knew him. Tom had a deep passion for restoring Victorian-era buildings. Through his company, Skyhigh Historical Restoration and Consulting, his work can be seen throughout many communities in the area. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to preserving history were widely known and deeply respected. In keeping with Tom's love for Bernese Mountain Dogs, donations in his memory may be made to the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Canada (BMDCC) Rescue Program.
